Tweenhills sell daughter of Havana Gold for 500,000gns

Treasuring, consigned by Tweenhills, recorded a notable sale for her sire Havana Gold when changing hands for 500,000gns at the Tattersalls Mares Sale this week.

Treasuring won an Irish Gr. 3 as a two-year-old in 2017 and also added an American Gr. 3 to her CV this year, both successes for Qatar Racing.

Treasuring was precocious and very tough, like many by her sire Havana Gold, whose Gr. 1-winning son Havana Grey is new to stud for 2019. Havana Gold's fee at Tweenhills has been left at £15,000 (Oct 1st SLF) for next season.

Treasuring was bought as a foal by David Redvers for 32,000gns. She was bred by The Pocock's Stringston Farm.

We wish her new owners Northern Farm the very best of luck.
